Fees and Terms of Engagement - valid as of 1st April 2006.

Consulting Rates

Liz Riley $110/hour including GST

• This fee is for consulting within the Pokolbin area only. Work outside of Pokolbin also attracts a fuel surcharge, in addition to travel time.
• Consulting fees include time traveling to and from the site, time on site and report preparation. An estimate of costs will be provided.

Travel Charges

• Travel time is charged at the same rate as consulting time.
• Currently fuel surcharges are in place for Broke and the Upper Hunter.
• These are currently $15 and $30 respectively, including GST, and are subject to change as fuel prices fluctuate.
• An attempt is made to share all travel costs between clients where possible.
• Other travel costs such as airfares, accommodation, care hire etc… are charged at cost.

Fee Structures

Clients have the option of three fee structures :

1. 1. Hourly billing
2. 2. A monthly fee for a fixed period e.g. an annual programme with 12 equal payments.
3. 3. A base fixed fee with additional items being charged either hourly or as negotiated.

Contractual Arrangements

All services carried out by Vitibit Pty Ltd are done so under contract.
